Mobile apps: why user experience is more important than ever
I feel like the bar for what makes a good app has really gone up over the last few years. It's not enough for an app to just *do* something anymore; it has to be intuitive, fast, and even enjoyable to use. I often find myself uninstalling apps that are clunky or confusing, even if they offer a service I need. Does anyone else get frustrated easily with poor user experience on mobile apps these days? What are some things that instantly turn you off an app?
